ShinEye does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app functions entirely on your device, ensuring total user control and privacy.

Specifically, we do not:

• Collect user names, emails, or other identifying data

• Track your behavior or app usage

• Share or sell any data to third parties

• Use cloud-based storage by default

Local Storage Only:

All videos and clips created with ShinEye are saved locally on your device. If you enable backup through your own preferred service (e.g., iCloud, Dropbox, etc.), ShinEye does not access or manage those backups.

No Account Required:

ShinEye does NOT require you to create an account, log in, or sign up. You can use the app fully without registering or submitting any personal information.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions:

Purchases (e.g., subscriptions or lifetime access) are handled securely through Apple’s App Store. ShinEye does not receive or store any payment information.

Permissions:

To function, ShinEye requests the following permissions:

• Camera access: To record video footage.

• Microphone access (optional): For audio recording.

• Photo Library access (optional): If you choose to save videos to your library.

• Location metadata (optional): You can choose whether or not to embed geotags into video metadata.

ShinEye does not access any data without your explicit permission.

Analytics & Tracking:

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools. There are no cookies, pixels, or hidden scripts of any kind.

Policy Updates:

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly
